The way Meetly controls who can view and edit notes for a meeting is by looking at the meeting invite on your calendar and automatically granting access to anyone who is a guest in the meeting.

To add or remove someone's access to meeting notes, simply add or remove them from the calendar event. 

Add someone to a meeting's notes via Meeting (2 ways)

If someone is not on the calendar invite, you can also add them to the notes by adding them as an assignee on an item or by adding them directly to the notes page for that meeting.
